WorldCraft Logistics Vietnam respectfully invites all team members to attend the Year End Party 2025.
This is an opportunity for us to look back on the journey of the past year, recognize the efforts and contributions of each individual and team, and create meaningful moments together.
Please note that some information in the plan may be adjusted depending on actual conditions and objective factors. Any updates will be promptly communicated by the Organizing Committee to all members.

Please avoid wearing full white or full black outfits. Attire should feature a combination of these colors or include blue accents to ensure overall visual consistency.
Kindly wear closed-toe shoes. Slippers or sandals are not permitted.
The event will be recorded and photographed, and the materials will be used across the official communication channels of WorldCraft Logistics Vietnam. Therefore, all participants are requested to strictly follow the dress code to maintain a professional, polished, and formal appearance throughout the event.
Team Leaders are kindly asked to clearly communicate these dress code requirements and proactively remind or support their team members to ensure full compliance.
Team Leaders are requested to clearly understand the number of members in their teams, encourage full participation, and proactively provide timely support should any issues arise.
UPDATING
1. Marketing & IT network: Arrive at least 30 minutes early to support BIC with the preparations. Coordinate with the hotel’s technical team to check the music and presentation files on the LED screen. Assist other teams with check-in and photo taking.
2. Members without assigned tasks are free to network and interact
All members are kindly requested to arrive on time as scheduled for the entire group.
Team Leaders are responsible for tracking and confirming the attendance of their team members, as well as proactively coordinating with the media team to guide and arrange the check-in photo sessions according to the planned schedule.
*Some members will have scheduled video interview sessions. The full team photo will be taken at the end of the program
The media team will directly support team photos and individual photos at the check-in area.
Members are encouraged to arrive on time to avoid affecting other teams and to ensure the overall event schedule runs smoothly.
Each team is required to prepare at least 5 team photo poses and 3 individual photo poses. Team Leaders are advised to review photo pose references in advance and align with their team members to ensure a smooth, consistent, and efficient photo session.
This marks the official opening of the program. All members are kindly requested to remain seated, maintain order, and stay attentive to ensure the event proceeds smoothly, professionally, and in unified manner.
Throughout the program in the banquet hall, the Media Team will be responsible for photography and video recording. Members are requested not to take check-in photos at the banquet hall backdrop during this time in order to minimize movement and avoid disrupting the event flow and shared space.
At the end of the program, the Organizing Committee will arrange a full-group photo on stage to capture and commemorate this milestone moment.
The opening ceremony will begin promptly as scheduled. All members are kindly requested to remain seated in their assigned places according to the seating arrangement and follow the instructions of the Organizing Committee to ensure a formal and unified ceremony.
During this time, each table is kindly requested to coordinate with the Media Team for photography and video recording to capture memorable moments and celebrate the collective journey of WorldCraft Logistics Vietnam.
After the opening ceremony concludes, members are welcome to enjoy dinner and freely interact in a warm and engaging atmosphere before transitioning to the Team Building segment.
To energize the atmosphere of the program and strengthen team spirit, the Organizing Committee has made significant investments to upgrade this year’s Team Building activities, from game design to the reward system.
The challenges are designed as a continuous adventure, requiring close collaboration and strong teamwork throughout.
Teams that demonstrate strong cohesion, effective strategies, and proactive leadership from their team leaders will have the opportunity to conquer the challenges and earn valuable rewards in recognition of their collective efforts.
The list of award recipients and detailed prize information will be announced by the Organizing Committee immediately after the Team Building program concludes. Official updates will be published on the event’s official information page.
After the main program concludes, guests are welcome to network freely and engage in social activities.
The Organizing Committee encourages all members to connect, interact across departments, and capture memorable moments through commemorative photos.
